Hi! My name is Heather Benedict. I am a learner experience designer who consults with organizations to leverage technology as a creative platform for beneficial social change. I bring over 15 years of experience creating and delivering learning experiences for children and educators in both the formal and informal space to my work.
I am passionate about work that is purpose driven and gets to the core of what makes that spark happen in learning. I approach all of my work through a design thinking lens that starts with empathy of the learner.
